It’s been a while since we went out in nature together and I’m so excited to go for a longer hike with y’all! One of my favorite spots is Hellasgården in Nacka. There is a 5 km trail (suitable for beginners) along the beautiful lake and we will also find a spot for meditation and some gentle yoga. The event will be held in English.
What to bring?
- Yoga mat or a blanket for a gentle yoga practice
- Water, lunch & snacks
- Sweater if you need to keep warm during meditation
- Swimsuit & towel if you like to jump in the lake
- Sunscreen & Mosquito repellent
- Comfortable shoes & clothes
Come as you are or bring your bestie, sibling, brother, mother or lover, dog, everyone's welcome!
Saturday June 27th - 09:45 at Hellasgården (bus 401 towards Älta) we meet by entrance. We estimate the day to end around 15:30-16 ish.
Sliding scale donations 250/290/320 kr depending on your budget.

No refunds if you can’t come but ok to join next time or pass the spot on to a friend. The event is open for everyone.
