• Your spot will be secured once you’ve paid the non-refundable booking fee and received a confirmation from us. If you would prefer to pay the full amount upfront, please email us directly.

• As a subscriber to our newsletter, you’ll receive exclusive early access and pre-launch offers for certain events and retreats.

• We offer payment plans for selected retreats to make participation more accessible. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to the following terms:
  

  • Payment plan installments must be paid in full and on time, according to the due dates outlined in your invoice or agreement.

  • Failure to make a scheduled payment by the due date may result in the loss of your retreat spot, without refund of any amount already paid.

  • No portion of the paid installments will be refunded in the case of missed payments, cancellations, or failure to complete the payment plan.

  • If you anticipate difficulty making a payment, please contact us before the due date to discuss potential options. We may be able to offer a short grace period, but this is not guaranteed.

• By agreeing to a payment plan, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 6 months or more prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund (excluding deposit).

• Cancellations made 2 months or more prior to the retreat will receive a 25% refund (excluding deposit).

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 months before the retreat. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us directly.

• We reserve the right to cancel any retreat due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, all payments made to us will be fully refunded. You will be notified of any such cancellation at least 2 months before the scheduled retreat start date.

• Please note, no exceptions can be made for cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrestillness or injury (including COVID), or personal emergencies. There are also no refunds for failure to attend, arriving late, leaving early, or not completing the retreat.

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may affect your ability to attend.

• All cancellations or concerns should be emailed to us. If you contact us after a retreat, please allow up to 5 business days for a response.

• We maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Any participant acting in a disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful way may be asked to leave the retreat, with no refund given.

• Yogaleza complies with the Distance Contracts Act for all events and courses, (if not stated otherwise on the event and course page) online service purchases. As long as the service has not yet begun, you are entitled to a refund within the 14-day withdrawal period, starting from the date of your first payment — whether it's the booking fee or full amount.

• If you are a private individual and wish to cancel your booking within this period, you must notify Yogaleza in writing.

• Please note that after the 14-day withdrawal period, your booking becomes binding and no refunds will be issued.

• Exceptions may apply for certain events or courses. If an event is non-refundable, this will be clearly stated on the event’s booking page.
  

As a condition of booking with Daniella Mir/Yogaleza, you are required to take out your own travel insurance. Your policy should cover lost luggage, medical expenses, and trip cancellation. Many insurers include cancellation coverage as standard, but please confirm this with your provider. Daniella Mir/Yogaleza accepts no liability for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from war, threats of war, terrorism or its threat, airport closures, civil unrest, industrial action, natural disasters, technical transport issues, staff cancellations, venue changes or cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances, or any other events beyond our control. Ensuring you have adequate travel insurance is solely your responsibility.

Daniella Mir/Yogaleza is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during the retreat or while traveling to or from the retreat location. We also do not accept responsibility for any travel issues you may encounter en route to or from the venue, including but not limited to flight disruptions, immigration issues, or other travel-related complications. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate visas, valid travel documents, and legal entry into the host country. All flight bookings and travel arrangements are your responsibility.

• Participation in any event, course and retreat is undertaken at your own risk. Daniella Mir/Yogaleza is not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions that may arise during or after the event, course or retreat.

• Please inform us at the time of booking about any pre-existing medical conditions, ongoing treatments, past surgeries, allergies, or intolerances. This information is important, as it may affect your ability to participate in some of the activities.

• All yoga practice and physical activity, and excursions are done at your own risk and according to your own ability.
  

All content provided by Daniella Mir/Yogaleza — including but not limited to written materials, video and audio recordings, class structures, creative workshops, teaching methods, event or retreat content, and any other creative or educational material — is the intellectual property of Daniella Mir/Yogaleza.

By participating or working at a retreat, event, or course, you agree to the following:

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any of the content, unless you have received explicit written permission from Daniella Mir.

• All materials are provided for personal use only. Use of these materials for commercial purposes — including teaching, training, or resale — is strictly prohibited.

• Sharing any content, including recordings, PDFs, or photos taken at the retreat or event, outside of your own private use is not allowed without express consent.

• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctions, and legal fees.

Daniella Mir/Yogaleza takes intellectual property rights seriously. We appreciate your respect for the time, energy, and creativity invested in developing these offerings.

• We collect information from you to help create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience. Yogaleza values your trust and is committed to protecting your privacy. Any data you provide in this booking form will be handled confidentially and in full accordance with GDPR regulations.

• Please note that photography and videography may take place during our retreats and events for marketing purposes. If you wear a hijab and wish to remove it at any point, please inform us in advance — we will ensure that no photos or videos of you are shared. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded at all, let us know, and we will fully respect your privacy.

• All images and videos captured and shared during retreats, events, and courses are intended solely for personal or Yogaleza promotional use. They may not be used for any commercial purposes without our explicit consent.

• By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that we may collect and use your data and that Yogaleza retains ownership of all media content created during the retreats and events. Yogaleza have the right to use the footage for marketing purposes for social media, website and future promotions.
