Welcome to join us a hike around Sandasjön and some cleansing bathing with our own private sauna by the lake.
This day includes a hike, sauna, sharing circle, cold bathing, and of course a nice hang out with the community. Since it's 'Día de los Muertos' we will also have a small ceremony to our ancestors. You will have the opportunity to offer something to the lake and give thanks to your ancestors or anyone you want to honor that's passed over.

We have rented our own private sauna with access to the lake. 
Changing rooms are available, no showers. We'll clean the sauna together after us.
This event welcomes womxn only. All ethnicities are welcome.
The event is held in Swedish/English if needed.
